The goal of healthy living is not to be reliant on herbs forever. On average, most people need three months to see long term results, even though most people feel better within just a couple of weeks in their herbal protocol (Yass)!
With the help of herbal medicine (herbal remedies), I can help you reduce symptoms, balance your body and feel better and better each day. I use a blend of Ayurveda, Western herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine and mindfulness techniques to understand your unique body’s constitution, address what aches you and become a much better version of yourself.
