  1. Many references say Tea Tree oil is for topical use only and toxic to ingest. Is there a type or amount that can be safely eaten?

    1. The only essential oils I ingest are the ones that specify are food grade and safe to ingest. Young Living is the brand I use. Not all their oils are ingestible but a lot of them are. I use their tea tree oil in my remedies! Hope this helps!

  2. I had no idea that essential oils could help belly health, nor that some of these oils could be ingested. This is great information and I appreciate your comment above about the Young Living brand you use, so I can look for it. Great lessons!
